ERISTIC: THE ART OF DISPUTE – how to win verbal fights

In Polish we say: if two fight, the third will win. The third is usually the witness of the conflict. It may be a client who wants to choose an offer or management that evaluates projects. We are the fighters and want our offer or our project to win.
The opponent does not always play fair. It may be brashness that decides about the success. How to neutralize such behaviour and become the winner in the verbal fight? How to recognize the manipulation and successfully defend oneself? And last but not least – how to answer difficult or unexpected questions?
Workshop planned for a group of 2 – 8 people.
